German tuning shop Abt has presented a set of improvements to the diesel versions Audi A6, which is equipped with a three-liter engine power of 225 horsepower. After re-programming experts Abt ECU this engine develops 270 horsepower already, and its maximum torque has increased from 450 to 550nm, the lion's share of which is available at 1500 rpm. The dynamic characteristics of new items not yet reported, but the developers promise that the improvements not only reduce the acceleration time from zero to hundred kilometers per hour, but also significantly increase the elasticity of the engine at speeds above 150 miles per hour. In addition to the engine, studio Abt also offers its customers a set low at 40 mm suspension with shock absorbers and springs increased rigidity. And, of course, a set of parts to upgrade the exterior of the car, including the lining on the bumpers and sills, wide selection of wheels and accessories for the interior trim. An important element of the revision of the car experts also believe the new Abt exhaust system with a tuned sound. By the way, completely revised car will be sold under the name of the studio Abt Audi AS6, and its cost will be 10-12 thousand more than the basic model. Only refinement engine will cost customers studio in 2000 euros.
