Audi TT gets a new base engine

Audi has plans to soon expand the range of engines for the coupe and roadster TT, the website of Carscoop. Now, the base engine for this model will be a 1.8-liter turbocharged unit with direct fuel injection FSI. Previously, the base for the TT was a 200-liter turbo strong. Motor power is 160 horsepower and maximum torque is 250 Nm, which is already available from 1500 rpm. According to Audi, from zero to hundred kilometers per hour TT coupe with this engine can be dispersed in 7.2 seconds. The maximum speed of news is not reported.
