Audi Company will expand the range of engines for models A3 and A3 Sportback with a new four-cylinder 1.4-liter turbocharged gasoline engine with direct fuel injection. Capacity of the new engine makes 125 horsepower and peak torque of 200 Nm is reached at 1,500 rpm. With such a unit three-door Audi A3 will be able to accelerate to "hundreds" of 9.6 seconds. The maximum speed of 203 kilometers per hour. Average fuel consumption is about 6.5 liters per hundred kilometers. In Europe, the Audi A3 with the new 1.4-liter engine will be available in September. The prices of these cars will begin from 21 thousand 350 euros. Terms of occurrence of such machines in Russia is not yet known.
