The smallest Audi will appear in 2010

Audi is planning to begin in 2010 worldwide sales of new compact hatchback A1, a conceptual version of which will be presented at the International Motor Show in Tokyo, which opens in October this year. Earlier, it was also reported plans to launch later in the Audi production and "charged" four-wheel drive model, a modification of A1 - S1. This version will be equipped with 200-horsepower turbocharged engine, as well as receive aerodynamic rims and a larger dimension. Audi A1 will be produced at the company's plant in Brussels. The planned production capacity is about 100 thousand such vehicles a year. It is expected that the price of a novelty in Europe will start from 16 euros.
